Hypnotists Upping the Anti

Hypnotists Upping the Anti

Two Hypnotists from the United Kingdom are upping the anti in their campaign to raise awareness of the benefits of using Hypnotherapy. Richard MacKenzie and Sam Weller aim to make a massive impact in 2005 that will bring information to everybody in the UK about on just how successful Hypnosis can be to change and improve areas of everyday life.

(PRWEB) January 2, 2005

People use Hypnotherapy for a whole range of issues from the basic, such as motivation to things like stopping smoking and dealing with phobias that sometimes tend to be devastating to sufferers. The success of using Hypnosis in therapy is radically gaining momentum in the UK and throughout the world; however the pair are so passionate about this issue that they are pulling out all the stops.

On the 4th of January 2005 the world will wake up to the very first World Hypnotism Day which is being initiated by the National Guild of Hypnotists in the United States of America and supported throughout the world by numerous Hypnotherapy Organizations. Both Richard and Sam see this day as a springboard for their campaign in 2005. After distributing 50,000 information leaflets to the general public in Oxfordshire at the start of December, the pair had originally thought about distributing another 300,000, however Sam from Chipping Norton in Oxfordshire thought to raise that number to 500,000 to make the pairs endeavors even more successful.

One area that the pair hopes to tackle is the issues of Stress, anxiety and depression as these are the second most commonly reported illnesses in the UK. The Health & Safety Executive said that work related stress is in many situations, is the “adverse reaction people have to excessive pressures or other types of demands placed on them”. Stress in the work place is massive and costs industries £3.7 billion per year and furthermore the issue is not going away. The H&SE believes that work related stress is a serious problem for organizations productivity as well as their staff’s health. For that reason alone, it is in employer’s interests to control work related stress, which the law states is their duty to do. With that in mind this is an area that both Richard and Sam will attack with great enthusiasm, aiming to reduce the number of extreme cases which here in the UK currently stand at around 5,000,000 per year. Hypnosis can really help with stress and relaxation, it can also help to boost your self confidence, so that you can manage you stress and live a healthy stress free life

A new website supporting Richard and SamÂ’s efforts will be launched at www. hypnosis-org. info on Monday the 3rd January 2005.
