Granola's Natural Foods to Carry Salt-Free Spices from The Herb Lady
Catherine Crowley, better known as The Herb Lady, of Herbs 2 U announces an agreement with Granola's Natural Market in Chandler, Arizona to carry her private recipe line of Salt and Additive-Free Spices.
Mesa, AZ (PRWEB) April 20, 2006
Salt and additive-free spices are nothing new. What is new and special about The Herb Lady's line is their fresh and appetizing appeal. Blended in small batches to ensure their freshness, these dried herbs and spices bring incredible flavor to all foods. And they only contain herbs and spices. No flowing agents, starches, fillers, sugars or chemicals are used in the blends. And all are salt - free.
"Folks can always add salt," explains Catherine, The Herb Lady, "but you can't remove it." "I let customers know they can take our blends and make their own seasoned salt, if they care to. The point is they control the ingredients and the amount of salt in their food."
The focus is flavor. "If you had to cook chicken or tofu every night," asks The Herb Lady. "Could you make it a ‘wow, this is great,' instead of ‘not ______ again!" Dried spices with fresh and appealing combinations put the ‘wow' into cooking. The blends from Herbs 2 U make creating tasty meals easy.
These spices arose out of The Herb Lady's use of her own fresh garden herbs and spices. Since many cooks do not have access to fresh herbs, the idea of creating a line of dried spices using recipes developed by The Herb Lady, was born.
The first three blends will be introduced April 29, 2006, at the Granola's store located at 5055 West Ray Road, Chandler, Arizona 85226, from 11 a. m. to 1 p. m. For information call: 480/940- 1571.
