Michael Taylor, formerly the Senior Director of Travel Services at J. D. Power, has joined the Travel and Leisure Group as a Vice President at Phoenix Marketing International. Mr. Taylor has extensive experience in conducting market research studies for airports, rental car companies and airlines around the world.

Phoenix Marketing International today announced that Michael Taylor has joined the Travel and Leisure Group as a Vice President. Michael will be primarily responsible for developing airport, airline and rent-a-car studies at Phoenix Marketing International. Michael has extensive experience in conducting customer service, customer satisfaction, tracking and other studies for airports, rental car companies and airlines around the world.

Prior to joining PhoenixMI, Michael was a Senior Director of Travel Services at J. D. Power and Associates. Prior to his J. D. Power and Associates experience, Michael also held several advertising/market research positions at Research Systems Corporation and Johnson-Rauhoff. Before his research career, Michael held product management positions at Olin Corporation, Ralston Purina Company, Abbott Laboratories and Alberto-Culver.
Michael graduated with an Honors BA from Indiana University and an MBA in Marketing and Corporate Finance from the University of Chicago.
