He has progressed steadily through a succession of increasingly complex management positions to become the President and CEO of the highly respected Omega Polymer Technologies, Inc. and, most recently, President of his own management consulting firm, Danicose Inc. His blue chip background in the plastics, electrical and specialty chemicals industries includes senior management roles in the world recognized Dexter Corporation, Ferro Corporation, Pultrusions Corporation, and Allen Bradley. As a versatile senior executive, Mr. Deller has extensive leadership experience in all aspects of business development, strategic planning, manufacturing, customer service, marketing, and sales.
An inventive leader adept at managing multi-site operations with a commitment to team management, he is known for developing industry-recognized solutions to meet changing market needs. Mr. Deller earned a BS degree in electrical engineering from the University of Cincinnati and an MBA from Butler University. He has served as Chairman of both the Reinforced Plastic/Composites Institute – Society of Plastics Industries, and the Pultrusion Industry Council. Additionally, he is the author and presenter of numerous technical and business articles as well as a sought after conference moderator.
