Customers of Scribe are able to adapt the Scribe platform to meet their changing needs. Basic changes such as customizable phone prompts or advanced modifications such as automatic data transfer and auto-population of the EMR allow the customer to use Scribe as a transitional tool. The net result is quicker adoption of new technologies without inflicting significant change to physicians.
With growth come growing pains. Earlier in the year Scribe moved to the Qwest data center in Chicago. The move was necessitated to remove growth constraints at the previous data center.
