EBI Consulting Announces Real Estate Group Promotions
Keith Spolan Promoted to Real Estate Operations Manager, Southeast Region; Doug Meade Promoted to Senior Engineer; Harlan Miller Promoted to Senior Engineer; Doug Brinkman Promoted to Program Manager

EBI Consulting, a national engineering and environmental health and safety consulting firm based in Burlington, Mass., this week announced four promotions within the company’s Real Estate Group that are designed to strengthen the company’s capability for creating value for its real estate clients.
Keith Spolan, who has been with EBI Consulting since 2001, was promoted to Real Estate Operations Manager, Southeast Region. Prior to this promotion, Mr. Spolan was a Client Manager for EBI Consulting’s Southeast Region based in Atlanta, Georgia. In his new role, Keith will continue his duties in client management, but will also be responsible for managing EBI Consulting’s Southeast Regional staff.
“Mr. Spolan received this promotion as a result of his ability to continually provide the high level of service that our clients have come to expect from EBI Consulting,” said National Operations Manager Jeffrey Smith. “I am confident that he will excel in his new role.”
Doug Meade, also of EBI Consulting’s Southeast Region, and Harlan Miller of EBI Consulting’s Mid-Atlantic Region, have both been promoted to the position of Senior Engineer. Prior to their recent promotions, both Mr. Meade and Mr. Miller held the title of Project Engineer.
“The promotion for both Mr. Meade and Mr. Miller comes as a direct result of their years of dedicated service to EBI Consulting and more importantly their ‘can-do’ attitudes when it comes to meeting our clients’ needs,” said Mr. Smith.
Doug Brinkman, P. E., of EBI Consulting’s Mid-Atlantic Region has been promoted to Program Manager. Prior to his promotion, Mr. Brinkman was a Senior Engineer with EBI Consulting.
“Mr. Brinkman received this promotion as a result of his ability to manage numerous high-volume/high-profile clients without sacrificing quality or the exceptional level of service our clients have come to expect from EBI Consulting,” said Mr. Smith.
