Of The Bay Area Center for Chinese Medicine on Friday, March 12, 2004 at 7 p. m.
Dr. Suzanne Friedman, L. Ac., DMQ (China) will also be speaking on the topic of Feel Better in Five Minutes, as she demonstrates simple and easy breathing exercises anyone can do.
Dr. Friedman is a licensed acupuncturist and National Board Certified herbalist with a Master's Degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine and a Doctorate in Medical Qigong Therapy.
Free food, acupuncture demonstrations, herbal tea brews, a self healing qigong video and unique fortune cookies will be offered. A raffle will be held with several valuable prizes.
The Bay Area Center for Chinese Medicine also offers weekly classes in meditation and qigong.
Patients are offered a variety of services including acupuncture, herbal medicine, nutritional counseling, and/or medical qigong therapy, and are encouraged to participate in self-healing classes such as meditation or qigong.
