JACK'S JOURNAL FEATURES NEWS & VIEWS ON INVS, ATCHA, DNAP and FONX

TodayÂ’s Issue Features These Stories: INVS Emerges As New Investor Ed Force; ATCHA Buys NY Franchise, Sees $200MM Sales; DNAP Joins with NYU to ID Transplant Drugs; Why FONX Gains DonÂ’t Boost Its Stock Price

(PRWEB) December 13, 2001

HOUSTON, Dec. 11, 2001 –Jack’s Journal features four OTC companies in today’s issue of the online news-and-views publication: INVS, ATCHA, DNAP and FONX.

ZiaSun Technologies Inc. (OTCBB: ZSUN) and Telescan Inc. (OTCBB: TSCN) merged into INVESTools Inc, (OTCBB: INVS), JackÂ’s Journal reported. It now boasts 40,000+ subscribers to its 3 websites, and a deal with BusinessWeek.

The tail is no longer wagging the dog at ATC Healthcare Services, Inc. (OTC BB: ATCHA), the Journal said. ATC has started proceedings to acquire its monster New York metropolitan franchise which will add $55-million annually to its revenues.

Fonix Corporation (OTCBB: FONX) is a hard-working outfit, registering constant progress toward profitability, but that progress doesnÂ’t show up in its stock price, which rises a bit, only to fall back into its lo-ball pit. Why is that? the Journal asks.

DNAPrint genomics, Inc. (OTCBB: DNAP) has teamed with the New York University School of Medicine, the Journal observes, to develop pharmacogenomic “classifiers” that will help identify the right “transplant” drug, according to Dr. Tony Frudakis, CEO.

Along with these reports, the Journal also published its regular features, including What We Should Do -- About Omar & Usama, If We Find Them Alive; Pick of the PRs -- WWMP Splits; SITI Consults; HWWI Appoints; and We Get Letters.
