In his new position as Manager of Customer Care Services at Humboldt, Freer will provide specialty furniture assembly and disassembly service to residential and corporate clients. Freer, who previously owned and operated JayÂ’s Service of Natick, a third-party specialty furniture service catering to moving companies and residents, has more than 20 years experience in the moving industry.
Freer is a graduate of Bay State School of Appliance located in Canton, Mass. Throughout the years, he frequently attended furniture manufacturer seminars to learn about the assembly/disassembly of pieces, such as waterbeds, clocks, pool tables and other items.
“Jay has catered to literally thousands of customers over the years, providing furniture specialty services to both corporate and residential clients. We’re thrilled that he is now a full-time member of our team,” noted D’Arcy Goldman, President of Humboldt Storage and Moving.
A Brockton native, Freer has resided in Natick, Mass. for the past 25 years.
