Learn-on-Line. biz Launched for Property Sector
Learn-on-Line. biz enables property professionals and trades people to view high quality training programmes in their own time and speed without giving up half a day's work or travelling to long distance venues.
London, UK (PRWeb UK) September 18, 2009
The demand for increased productivity, the effects of time constraints and the recession have resulted in high expectations for ongoing training, despite cut backs in some CPD provision due to a shortage of delegates.
The Learn-on-Line training and resource facility contain video clips, slides and audio commentary. Questions to test user comprehension of the presented issues also appear at intervals, and a learning outcomes page enables users to assess their understanding, performance and improvements to working practices.
Learn-on-Line. biz developed by Christopher Legrand, a qualified surveyor, and Bryan Fowler, a management training expert, currently offers six programmes from a developing list of over 20. Those currently available include: inspection techniques, property management risk assessments, fire risk assessments, health and safety at other people's property, handling customer complaints and report writing techniques.
"The need for ongoing training and development in the property industry and research into changes taking place in work practices and performance prompted us to develop the programmes and launch Learn-on-Line. biz", which are easily accessed at http://www. learn-on-line. biz (http://www. learn-on-line. biz) commented Christopher Legrand.
Learn-on-Line. biz is supported by ABE Enterprises Ltd, the commercial and trading arm of the Association of Building Engineers (ABE).
Arwel Griffith director of ABE Enterprises Ltd said: "At a time when there is increasing pressure on budgets, and time constraints, the ability to learn on line from the comfort of your own office, or home is to be welcomed. This facility is an added benefit to the training opportunities that ABEE Ltd provides."
