Chef Luciano - gourmet chef of South Loop in Chicago since 1991 has been featuring his GYPSY style of cooking. Only the finest quality of Chicken, Shrimp,
Fish and Fresh vegetables, herbs as Fresh Garlic, Rosemary, Basil and spices are used in the kitchen. Our mission is cook Gourmet Healthy Food at affordable price.

One for Pollo Al Carbon - where Focus is on serving Fried Chicken Wings, Fried Tilapia (whole Fish), Fried Gourmet White Fish, Fram Raised Fried Catfish, Fried Calamari and Pollo al Carbon - spicy baked chicken and Pilav Rice with Red Beans - all is totally Gourmet Foods. Only fresh herbs and botanicals are used in our kitchen.
Second Entrance (two doors east of Pollo al Carbon) is Chef Luciano. Here FOCUS is on pure olive oil cooking -- in this kitchen nothing is deep fried. Featured dishes are Linguinne or Angel Hair Pasta in Marinara, Olivio, Alfredo or Pesto Sauces with Shrimp, Or Sea Scallops, Jerk Chicken, Plantain, Black Beans, Fresh Salmon, Tilapia Fish Fillets, Cajun Catfish Fillets, Fresh Chilean Sea Bass, Spicy Lamb, Spicy Ground Turkey, Lentil Soup and lots of vegetables.
