St. Elizabeth’s Dental Clinic is one of just three dental programs in the nation to receive the “Best Practice” award from Safety Net Solutions. The award recognizes the hard work and accomplishments of safety net dental programs that have translated into positive improvements for the communities they serve.

"St. Elizabeth Dental Clinic had a challenging mission to fulfill because of the ever growing need for care in their community. Despite challenges, the St. Elizabeth's staff created a team culture of internal accountability and relentlessly pursued the strategic action plan laid out for them and would not settle for anything less than an excellent result,” said Dr. Mark Doherty, director of Safety Net Solutions.

Safety Net Solutions, a non-profit program, currently providing technical assistance and practice management consultation to 70 dental programs in 17 states, was very impressed with the St. Elizabeth clinic.

“Our team could do nothing but admire their professionalism and diligent effort, thus we have recognized them as one of the best practices we have worked with nationally," said Dr. Doherty.
