IRVINE, Calif. (PRWEB) June 20, 2003 – BridgeGate LLC, Southern California's largest technology executive search firm, announced the completion of an assignment to recruit Scott R. Brooks to the position of Vice President, Corporate Controller for ePolicy Solutions, Inc.
Brooks brings to ePolicy Solutions a decade of experience in financial leadership roles, most recently serving as vice president of finance for Day Software, headquartered in Basel, Switzerland, and Newport Beach, Calif. During his career, he has excelled at guiding the financial operations of many fast-growing technology companies, both as a member of the executive management team and as a manager for PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Reporting to Geoff Smith, ePolicy SolutionsÂ’ executive vice president and chief operating officer, Brooks will be chartered to provide strategic and tactical direction to the company on matters relating to corporate finance, including strategic partnerships, capital raising activities, and mergers and acquisitions, and will ensure sound financial practices across the organization.
