Medin has more than 15 years of experience in behavioral healthcare provider network management. Prior to joining Workplace Options, she was product operations manager for Minnesota based MEDICA® health plans. Before that, she was manager of provider relations at Ceridian Lifeworks services where she led provider development, credentialing, contract implementations, call center service, issue resolution and associated operations. Earlier in her career, Medin was with CIGNA Behavioral Health where she managed their delegated provider program.
