Pierce Rucker Remains In President Role At Sands Anderson Marks & Miller Law Firm

Richmond, Virginia lawyer M. Pierce Rucker has been re-elected President of the law firm of Sands Anderson Marks & Miller, P. C., by the members of the Board of Directors, Board member L. Lee Byrd reported today.
Rucker was tapped in late January for another one-year term leading the firm's management team.

Rucker practices principally in the healthcare law group at the firm, where he represents physicians and other health care professionals and entities in administrative and legal actions. He also represents businesses and their executives in litigation and other business disputes and assists service professionals with issues of professional malpractice defense law. His entire legal career has been spent at Sands Anderson, where he has served a number of terms on the Board of Directors and in a variety of other leadership roles.
Rucker is listed in the Best Lawyers in America and, for the last four years, has been listed in Virginia Business' Legal Elite for his health law experience. Rucker received his bachelor's degree from the University of Virginia and his law degree from Washington & Lee University.
