Jerry Reiff Joins Premier Healthcare Benefits Data Management Provider OCI as Director of Client Services
Jerry Reiff Joins OCI as Director of Client Services
Denver, Colorado (PRWEB) March 14, 2008
OCI announced today that Jerome “Jerry” Reiff recently joined the company as the Director of Client Services. He leads service implementation teams to deliver benefits information solutions to OCI’s large employer customers. Jerry currently leads his team in projects involving absence management (http://www. oci. com) systems, including FMLA (http://www. oci. com), disability and healthcare analytic reporting, and integrated data management (http://www. oci. com) solutions.
“Jerry brings important and diverse benefits and industry knowledge to our team,” says Dan Blaney, OCI President. “His experience and skills further enable OCI to provide the outstanding service that our customers expect and deserve.”
“Industry trends put OCI in a great position to leverage our experience and investment in people, data and systems,” says Jerry. “The rising cost of healthcare, and the increasing complexity and variations in the legal/regulatory environment for areas like FMLA leaves and disability strain employers’ resources to consistently and effectively manage their programs at a time when overall staffing is already lean.
“Employers are embracing broader views of their challenges and are working towards goals to improve and measure the health of their workforce. I’m excited about working with OCI and our clients on administrative solutions and analytic projects that mine their data for opportunities to improve their health-related programs and bottom-line results.”
Prior to OCI, Mr. Reiff has 27 years of HR and benefits experience at IBM and at Hewitt Associates. He is a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) and a Project Management Professional (PMP).
