The center will offer training and seminars on a wide variety of human resources and general business topics including, recruiting and hiring the best employees, background checks and drug screens, avoiding the costs of turnover, and motivating and rewarding employees, as well as continuing education courses. The Training and Conference Center will provide services to clients and employees of the firm with the capacity to accommodate 70 people. This training center will also offer education on health insurance, wellness programs, and retirement planning, as well as workers compensation safety programs to the firmÂ’s client companies and employees.
