EBI Consulting Announces Real Estate Group Promotions
Smith Promoted to Vice President and National Operations Manager; Stewart Promoted to Director, National Property Condition Assessment Program; Steiner Promoted to Regional Operations Manager, Western Region

EBI Consulting, a national engineering and environmental health and safety consulting firm based in Burlington, Massachusetts, this week announced several senior management promotions designed to strengthen the companyÂ’s skill in creating value for its real estate clients.
Jeffrey Smith, who has been with EBI Consulting since 2000, was promoted to Vice President and National Operations Manager. Prior to this promotion, Mr. Smith was a Regional Manager for EBI ConsultingÂ’s Mid-Atlantic Region based in York, Pennsylvania.
"Jeffrey has demonstrated regional success in exceeding our clients’ expectations, recruiting a top quality team, mentoring that team as it grew, and providing ongoing support to the outreach sales and client management programs. He will now perform a similar function on a national level for EBI Consulting's Real Estate Group,” said Chief Operating Officer Chuck Losinger.
David Stewart has been promoted to Director, National PCA Program. David joined EBI in 1997 as a Senior Program Director, and is based out of EBI ConsultingÂ’s Exeter, New Hampshire office.
“With this promotion, David will begin focusing his time on the development of the tools, talent, and training that will allow EBI Consulting to expand our services in property condition assessments and related services,” said Mr. Losinger.
Kati Steiner has been promoted to Regional Operations Manager for the Western Region. Ms. Steiner joined EBI Consulting in 2001 as a Senior Scientist, and quickly gained a reputation as a strong Project Manager and “go to” person for difficult environmental site assessment issues.
“Kati has provided significant leadership in the client management program, environmental site assessment technical program, and EBI Consulting’s training and mentoring programs. In her new role, Kati will be responsible for many daily operations activities in EBI Consulting's Western Region based in Phoenix, Arizona,” said Mr. Losinger.
