Human Touch Announces Two-Year Partnership with PGA Pro, Tim Clark, to ''Drive'' Awareness of the Benefits of Massage among Recreational Golfers and Everyday Consumers: Clark To Serve On Human Touch's Wellness Council And Appear In 2008 Advertisements As The Human Touch Massage Chair Ambassador To The Recreational Golf Community

Human Touch(R), the leading brand of high-performance, design-oriented massage chairs for today's modern and traditional living spaces has announced that it has formed a partnership with PGA Pro Golfer, Tim Clark. As part of the two-year agreement, Clark, who has been on the tour since 2001, will serve on the Human Touch Wellness Council, appear in Human Touch print advertisements, and participate in select Human Touch corporate communications activities.

LONG BEACH, Calif. (PRWEB) April 9, 2008

"We are very excited to have Tim on board and look forward to working closely with him to expand awareness among the nearly 30 million recreational golfers, as well as everyday consumers, of the vast benefits offered by Human Touch massage chairs and the importance of incorporating massage into everyday life," said Rich Jorgensen, CMO of Human Touch.

A native of Durban, South Africa, who currently resides in Scottsdale, Arizona, Clark joined the PGA tour in 2001 and has since finished in the top three at the U. S. Open, the PGA Championship and the 2006 Masters, where he edged out, among others, the top ranked Tiger Woods for a second place finish. Known for his great shots and his charismatic South African personality, Tim has also developed a reputation for his charitable contributions and work off the course.

32-year-old Clark understands that integrating daily massage into everyday life is a key element to overcoming the physical and psychological wear and tear of life on the tour. As such, massage is something Clark has successfully incorporated into his daily routine, and he credits his speedy recovery and incredible bounce back from a back and neck injury in 2007 to his ability to retreat daily to his Human Touch HT-7450 Zero-Gravity massage chair. Tim returned to the tour in 2008 with a renewed passion and elevated game that he attributes to his rapid recovery. Tim continues to use his Human Touch massage chair after a long day on the course for some much-needed muscular rejuvenation and pain relief.

"After helping in my recovery from a back and neck injury, the biggest benefit in owning a Human Touch chair has been that it allows me to maintain my body from home. The chair's versatility, comfort, endless massage programs and ability to target any area of my back is great while blending seamlessly into my living room," says Clark. "Through the years I have used a massage therapist to maintain my body from the rigors of professional golf. Owning a Human Touch Massage Chair has allowed me to get the same results in my home any time I need it, whether it's two in the afternoon or two in the morning."

For years, Human Touch has been dedicated to creating massage-based products that help people achieve a wellness lifestyle while catering to their specific design needs and this concentration has led it to develop a Wellness Council that will help create awareness of the importance of daily massage.

In teaming up with Human Touch, Clark will serve on the Human Touch Wellness Council where he will serve as a consultant to Human Touch as it relates to incorporating massage into the everyday lifestyle of today's recreational golfer. In addition, Clark will make various appearances at Trade Shows as well as participate in product demonstrations, media interviews, photography shoots and endorsements of Human Touch chairs and products on his personal website.

Tim Clark is next scheduled to play in the Masters Tournament from April 10 - April 13, 2008 in Augusta, Georgia.
