Wilmington, MA February 28, 2001- Professional Support, Inc. (PSI) based in Wilmington, Massachusetts, announced the completion of an acquisition by Pulse Systems, Inc. (PULSE), a provider of Medical Practice Management Systems. The acquisition enables PSI to provide its clients with the latest in Medical Practice Management Systems and Pulse Systems, Inc. to continue its expansion into new markets and to add experienced personnel.
Professional Support, Inc. has provided practice management solutions to physicians in New England since 1982. The merger will offer a migration path to the Windows based PulsePro Practice Management/Clinical System for their clients. The new software will provide to the clients the latest in management technologies to run a more efficient operation while improving patient care. The PulsePro System will become the clientÂ’s portal to Internet communications and handheld wireless devices for the physician and their patients in the delivery of healthcare information.
