Jason Levine, Ph. D., Promoted to Executive Director of Promises Treatment Centers in West Los Angeles

Promises Treatment Centers is pleased to announce the promotion of Jason Levine, Ph. D. to Executive Director of Promises’ West Los Angeles addiction treatment program (http://www. promises. com).
Promises Treatment Centers in West Los Angeles offers a unique 90-day treatment program that includes a 30-day residential treatment phase followed by 15 days of day-patient and 45 days of intensive outpatient services (IOP). While receiving day-patient and IOP services, each client is housed in a sober living home at no added cost to the client. All of these treatment supports are offered for the same cost as many other 30-day, residential-only treatment programs.
Dr. Levine joined Promises Treatment Centers in December 2008 as Clinical Director of the West Los Angeles program. He initially focused much of his attention on developing a three-pronged approach to treatment: continuing the tradition of a twelve-step foundation, expanding the relapse prevention curriculum, and increasing psychiatric and medical coverage for Promises’ clients. He has also edited all of the biopsychosocial assessments and treatment plan documentation. Promises earned three-year CARF accreditation during his tenure as Clinical Director, and Dr. Levine greatly expanded the services of The Family Program, which are available throughout the entire 90 day program, including Sundays.

Levine also worked with Dr. David Sack; Dr. Michel Sucher, an Addiction Medicine physician; and Jamie Deans, Professionals Program Manager, to develop a specialized Professionals Treatment Program (http://www. promises. com/professionals-treatment-program. php) for physicians, nurses, attorneys, and other professionals. These professionals receive specialized assessments and treatment that is coordinated with their licensing and registering boards.
