Speakers:

John Valleau, Professor Emeritus of Chemistry in the University of Toronto where he does research in statistical analysis. He is one of the founders of Science for Peace in which he remains active, and is currently on he Board of No Weapons in Space, (NOWIS).

Rosalie Bertell, PhD., G. N.S. H. noted epidemiologist and biometrist well known for her work in environmental health and peace. Her most recent book is "Planet Earth: The Latest Weapon of War".

Michel Chossudovsky, Professor of Economics at the University of Ottawa and Director of the Centre for Research on Globalization, a highly respected speaker on the subject of war/globalization and Third World poverty.

Sara Flounders, Co-director and founder of the International Action Centre, coordinated the 1992 International U. S. War Crimes Tribunal in the Persian Gulf. She is a contributing author to the book, "Metal of Dishonor:Depleted Uranium".

Karen Talbot, Director of the International Center for Peace and Justice, served as an NGO representative to the United Nations for many years. Recipient of the Dr.. Martin Luther King Jr. Award in 1994.
