Men and Women Around the World Get Fit Beyond Belief Training Like Rocky Balboa

Why is Sylvester Stallone always so fit in every one of his movies, regardless of his age?

How does a man over 60 years of age still have a body that men and women in their 20's idolize and envy?

"The way Sly trains in his movies are NOT just for entertainment," says Zach Even - Esh. "These are actual fitness methods that men and women around the world have been subscribing to for over a year now at http://UndergroundStrengthCoach. com." (http://UndergroundStrengthCoach. com.")

Since when have sledge hammers, playgrounds, sandbags and other tools found at the local Home Depot become the new craze in fitness training? It all started in August of 2005 when Zach Even - Esh, creator and owner of Underground Strength Coach, decided to show the world how people of all ages can get in the best shape of their life without belonging to a gym or health club.

After belonging to a gym for over 13 years, Zach Even - Esh decided to break the monotony and start moving like a kid again. Even - Esh began exercising with the tools he found in his father's garage, odd objects laying around in the backyard such as stones and logs. Nearby parks and playgrounds became Even - Esh's "gym" of choice, while others spent time inside overly crowded and unappealing fitness centers.

These "Underground" fitness methods were then perfected and used to train local athletes and local adults, all with amazing success.

Where did this style of training emerge from? It all goes back to the very first Rocky movie, where Rocky runs the streets of Philadelphia, exercises at the junk yard using a sledge hammer and performs pull ups at the playground.

Today, over 1,000 members subscribe to Underground Strength Coach in favor of ditching their boring days at the local health club. Instead, men and women of all ages enjoy the fresh air while exercising outdoors or the convenience of training at home with their "home-made" fitness equipment.

Thanks to all the inspiration from the Rocky films, Zach Even - Esh has brought this style of fitness to the public eye and in turn has made exercise fun again. Even - Esh emphasizes, "The key to getting into the best shape of your life starts with having fun. If you have fun while exercising, you are instantly on a high speed journey towards achieving your fitness goals."
