Baffy, a ScrumMaster and project manager for the Visual Clients development team at Perforce, will discuss the recent challenges his team faced while implementing the Scrum framework.

“Adopting a new methodology can be very disruptive if it’s not done properly,” said Baffy. “I look forward to discussing our process and sharing what has worked well, what hasn’t, and what to consider before making the leap to an iterative process.”
