Four New Authors Appear on Global Talk Radio's September 12 Edition of "A Story to Tell"

Meet up & coming authors Dawn Van Zant (of Wild Hearth Ranch, Inc.), William Sawyers, Martha Jette and Debbie Alferio for conversations about their new publications on Global Talk Radio's September 12th edition of "A Story to Tell."

Torrance, CA (PRWEB) September 13, 2005

Global Talk Radio (http://www. GlobalTalkRadio. com (http://www. GlobalTalkRadio. com)) is pleased to announce four new authors who appeared in its September 12th edition of its top-rated talk show, "A Story to Tell".

Wild Heart Ranch is a publishing and toy company that designs, manufactures and markets products that are content driven. The CompanyÂ’s focus is in producing high quality innovative products. The Company uses content to create character and brand awareness through its animated CD-Rom and web site, www. WildHeartRanch. com. The original products included the 14" plush No More Night Mares with night light and legend, as well as the 5" Lucky Stars Collection of plush mini horses. Extensions include audio cassettes of the legend and artwork by Kim McElroy. Additionally the company has developed the Armadillo Cowboy Club story and product line through the online arcade game. The website receives substantial internet traffic from online gamers and is building brand awareness for the line. The Company recently launched a new updated website, reflecting a new corporate identity and a growing list of brands.

Next, we heard from children's book author William L. Sawyers, about his most recent titles "What Am I?" and "What Am I? Bugs", written primarily for children from 5 to 8 years old. Riddles are on the front of each page with the answer on the back in color. On the next page, children can color the bug on top of the page and also fill in the missing bug parts on the bottom. It's ideal to be read to them by parents, siblings, grand parents or baby sitters. In return the child should try to guess the riddle.

A new book offering more than 90 amazing but true paranormal tales from around the world has just been released by Canadian author Martha Jette, who phoned into our program. Glimpses 2" It Could Happen To You is perhaps the first such comprehensive book covering every topic from ghosts and hauntings, to angels, visions, dreams, near death experiences, premonitions, reincarnation, ghost hunters, haunted homes and sites, dangers of Ouija boards and much more. Written by Hamilton, Ontario, Canada author, Martha Jette, "Glimpses 2" is the culmination of nine months of research and writing. Ms. Jette is a journalism graduate with many years of magazine and newspaper editing experience. Since retiring due to health problems in 1996, this Canadian grandmother has written three books and is currently working on a fourth.

Finally, Debbie Alferio (author of "A Forever Kind of Love") is a lifelong resident of Northern Ohio. Her interest in writing this novel came after a dream she had one night involving the character of Mitch. Feeling inspired by this dream, she began to write and now views it as her passion. Feeling it important to write in a way that readers could easily relate to, she made each character very realistic and down-to-earth, instilling her own importance of high moral and family values into each one. The relationships between characters, the surprises revealed throughout the story, and the humorous and heartwarming approach to each situation they face makes Debbie’s writing both interesting and entertaining. This is her first novel in the series. She feels that long stories are the best stories. “When you are absorbed in a good book, you don’t want it to end. I like to give that satisfaction to my readers by keeping the excitement going just a little longer.” Also, having lost several relatives to cancer as well as personally knowing many others touched by the disease, Debbie chose to donate a portion of her profits from the sale of each book to the American Cancer Society. In doing so, she hopes that her novel will not only bring enjoyment to those who read it, but will aid in finding a cure for this deadly disease.
