4. Because harmony between your body/mind/spirit/emotion is of importance, Santos delivers insightful messages on how to take care of the most sacred temple, your own body. This section includes children-friendly tips on healthy meals, nutrition, and exercising.
Selma Santos, soon-to-be author will release her first book this summer and is the leader of the Dream Believe Inspire Team in the Tampa Bay area.
