Inflexxion Donates 400 Mouse Pads To Mercy Corps

Contribution will be used in agency's computer training programs in poor communities around the world.

Newton, MA (PRWEB) November 29, 2007

Inflexxion, Inc., ® a company that creates online health solutions that promote positive behavioral change, donates 400 mouse pads with the Inflexxion logo to the international humanitarian organization, Mercy Corps.

For Inflexxion, 2007 continues to be a year of company growth and corporate re-positioning. After completing a re-branding exercise, Inflexxion was faced with the dilemma of putting out of date resources to good use. Inflexxion sought out Mercy Corps as an outlet to distribute their surplus mouse pads with their previous logo.

"Inflexxion's generous donation of mouse pads will be used in Mercy Corps' computer training programs that we currently operate in many of the world's poorest communities. These programs work to make basic technology available to schools, community centers, hospitals and more to support the development of healthy communities," said Matthew Schwartzberg, Mercy Corps Senior Material Aid Officer.

Mercy Corps was established in 1979 to help areas of disaster and severe poverty and has since provided $1.3 billion to help people in 100 nations. With global headquarters in Portland Oregon and 3,400 employees worldwide, the agency currently reaches nearly 14.4 million people in 35 countries.

"Mercy Corps is looking forward to distributing Inflexxion's surplus mouse pads to our existing computer training programs around the world," notes Schwartzberg.
