MDM Group, Inc. (Other OTC:MDDM. PK) advises that the Company has secured and moved into premises in Tucson, Arizona, where the ShockRounds(TM) laboratory facility is now being established. The initial non-lethal and less-than-lethal ShockRounds(TM) prototype "electric" bullets will be developed there. The Company expects to have the first of these specialized piezoelectric bullets ready for demonstration during the course of Q4, 2004.
