Three New Behavioral Health Companies Sign On With MyOutcomes
Centerstone, Delaware-Morrow Mental Health & Recovery Services Board, and The Nord Center Adopt Behavioral Health Software

Danya International, Inc. (Danya), a communications, research, and technology firm, is pleased to welcome three new companies to the MyOutcomes family: Centerstone, Delaware-Morrow Mental Health & Recovery Services Board, and The Nord Center.
Centerstone is the largest nonprofit, comprehensive, community-based mental health center in the United States. Servicing families for over 50 years, Centerstone is based in Tennessee and Indiana, with facilities and services in more than 120 schools. The Delaware-Morrow Mental Health & Recovery Services Board has been the primary support and advocate for addiction and mental health services in Delaware and Morrow Counties for over 40 years. Since its founding in 1947, The Nord Center has served more than 6,000 clients, providing 24-hour, comprehensive behavioral health care to the residents of Lorain County, Ohio.

MyOutcomes is a consumer-driven outcomes management system for behavioral health that improves efficiency and outcomes by promoting partnership between providers and consumers. Used worldwide, MyOutcomes provides a feasible and scalable tool to facilitate the provision of client-directed, outcome-informed services. MyOutcomes invites client feedback using two 4-item visual analogue scales. The Outcome Ratings Scale (ORS) measures clients’ perception of whether they are benefiting from services. The Session Rating Scale (SRS) measures the strength of the alliance between provider and client. Although easy to complete in less than 2 minutes, administration of the ORS and SRS using MyOutcomes generates outcomes reporting at all levels of an organization, identifies cases at risk for service failure, and provides empirically based feedback messages to improve outcomes. The reliability and validity of the ORS and SRS have been demonstrated in published, peer-reviewed research.
