Fitness Celebrity & former Oprah Winfrey Show guest Jennifer Nicole Lee (JNL) is reaching out to Oprah during her recently acknowledged & publicly vocalized weight gain. As featured on various news outlets this week, Oprah has admitted to have "fallen off the wagon" when it comes to healthy living and stated that her current weight is 200 pounds. "I'm mad at myself," Winfrey writes in an article provided early to The Associated Press by Harpo Productions.
Winfrey, 54, details her recent struggles with an out-of-balance thyroid and how the condition made her develop "a fear of working out." She says she's added 40 pounds to her frame since she weighed 160 pounds in 2006. "I'm embarrassed," she writes. "I can't believe that after all these years, all the things I know how to do, I'm still talking about my weight. I look at my thinner self and think, `How did I let this happen again?'"
As a former yo-yo dieter who finally "cracked the code" to her fat burning potential, Jennifer Nicole Lee's personal success story was featured on the Oprah Winfrey Show in 2006. After the birth of her children, JNL lost an astounding 80 pounds and went on to become Ms. Bikini America thus catapulting her career in the health and fitness industry. With key media appearances on Oprah, E! Entertainment, Inside Edition, Big Idea with Donny Deutsch, JNL has gone on to be a successful fitness cover model, fitness expert, author, wellness guru, entrepreneur and BSN Supplements Spokesmodel. JNL's Oprah feature aired twice, both airings being top rated. It was also that very episode that can be accredited for inspiring the then overweight actress Kirstie Alley to lose weight and come back on the show wearing a bathing suit almost exactly a year later.
Inspiring and helping women from all around the world, JNL wants to reach out to Oprah in order to help her during this struggle and get her back on the right track.
"Being a weight loss success story myself and knowing what it takes to lose the weight and build a new strong body for good makes the ideal candidate to work with Oprah one on one, to finally and forever unlock her fat burning potential," states JNL.
Her consulting firm, JNL Inc. has become one the fastest growing fitness and lifestyle companies to date offering a variety of wellness consultations and online women's fitness programs including innovative online programs such as www. FitnessModelProgram. com, www. BikiniModelProgram. com, www. TheSexyBodyDiet. com and www. NewYearEvolution. com
When asked about the stressors of every day life, and being able to balance it all, JNL states, "I will help Oprah make the big transition from being interested in losing weight to making a conscious decision and dedicated choice to become strong, healthy and super fit from now on, and show her how to make this life long change permanent. My life coaching skills will allow Oprah to make her weight loss permanent. It's about making the decision and sticking with it. And the fact that Oprah has publically declared that she not only wants to become thin, but rather strong proves that her mindset about her lifelong weight loss is on the right track."
JNL stated that she would modify Oprah's lifestyle, exercise, and food plan program immediately by following her tried and true weight loss, fat blasting and muscle building program.
"First of all, I would get Oprah off of the all vegan diet and off soy milk ASAP. We all know that Oprah needs a sufficient amount of lean proteins, healthy whole grain carbs, and more fruits and vegetables. What I know that other so called weight loss experts don't is that she (Oprah) needs to really make the mental change and emotional shift regarding food. And with a thyroid problem, all of her soy based foods did not help. Soy raises a woman's estrogen level, thus making her hoard onto fat, not allowing her body to release it with diet and exercise."
In addition, JNL would create a specialized weight and strength training program for Oprah to follow at least 4 to 5 days a week. "She needs to recharge her sleeping metabolism and make it burn fat faster with weight training, good for you healthy oils like organic virgin unrefined coconut oil, and other super foods, such as lean red meat," says JNL.
JNL also suggests that Oprah embrace training with weights to make life long lasting changes, and to also associate more pleasure to eating healthy and exercising than she does pain. "As humans we are driven by 2 distinct behavior pillars: Pain and Pleasure. Coaching Oprah to connect pleasure to her new fit lifestyle and pain to not following through will be one of my main instrumental steps in getting Mrs. Winfrey on her upward spiral and off her downward spiral of continuous yo-yo dieting. The fact that she has a long standing past of diet relapse and back peddling in her weight loss proves that she has not yet made the decision to lose weight with conviction. I will coach her not to only lose weight, but to gain energy, stamina and endurance. On a subconscious level, she wants to lose weight, but when you lose something you only go looking for it again, and thus the regain of weight. But coaching her to gain new aspects to her physical fitness such as a new found physical strength; she will only grow to be better, fitter and stronger."
