Pilates are a set of exercises that aim to strengthen the core of the body. It builds one’s flexibility, coordination and strength for the body’s powerhouse which is the torso. It is a great exercise to rehabilitate patients that have musculoskeletal pains. Yoga is an ancient type of system that aims to develop a sense of balance within the whole being of the person.
