We want to empower families to explore and enjoy the earth in way that's safe for kids and for the planet, so our theme for CleanWell presents Earth Month at Baby Loves Disco is "It's A Dirty World - Go Out and Enjoy It!"
All across the country the April Baby Loves Disco afternoon dance parties will feature amazing Earth Day inspired events along with music spun and mixed by real DJs blending classic disco tunes from the 70's & 80's.
The activities include:
Eco Art T-Shirt Contest: Kids' art is amazing. So we thought it would be great to have kids draw earth themed pictures for Earth Month. Whether it's simply colors on a page or something that looks like trees and other "green" things - we want to see their stuff. There will be eco-art tables at the disco stocked with environmentally friendly art supplies provided by Stubby Pencil Studio and Crayon Rocks. Little ones will do their artistic thing. One winner will be selected from each party, and also one winner will be selected from online entries. Winning families will get a CleanWell/Baby Loves Disco prize pack and their child's art will be made into a t-shirt. Proceeds from sale of the t-shirts will be donated to Healthy Child Healthy World. Baby Loves Disco is a community event that brings kids, parents and grandparents together. Baby Loves Disco transforms the hippest night clubs into child-proof discos for toddlers, pre-schoolers and parents looking for a break from the routine playground circuit.
