Natalie Caine M. A., founder of Empty Nest Support Services (http://www. emptynestsupport. com), known as the leading empty nest expert across the country, will facilitate her workshop, "Life in Transition. What's Next?" the weekend of October 3, 2009, at world-famous spa, Rancho LaPuerta in Tecate, Mexico.
"Whether you are anticipating the empty nest or already an empty nester, you'll begin to build your personal roadmap. You'll learn what's uniquely next for you, how to continue to grow a healthy relationship with your children, where to build a new sense of belonging with a community since the school days are over, said Caine, who has spent 27 years developing and facilitating women's groups from "Mommy and Me" to changes brought on by divorce, re-entering the work force, illness, death, re-marriage and singlehood. "No other generation of empty nesters has faced the challenges and joys of letting go as are present today for parents."
During the program participants will share their stories so they can receive skilled support and continue with a guided meditation that will help them unfold their hidden talents and answer questions that have been presented.
"Learning how to go deeper into the exploration of self rather than focus on the past eighteen years of needing to focus on children will help you begin your new journey," Caine said.

Natalie has the skills to offer unique tips, compassion, humor and success stories to parents as they begin to question and navigate their new roles and feel anxious about how to find meaning at this stage of life.
Caine started a support group for parents anticipating the empty nest and a website to receive information and talk with others, and is founder and creator of Empty Nest Support Services. Natalie can be heard on Lifetime Radio Network for Women, has been featured in the New York Times, Better Homes and Gardens, USA Today, L. A.Times, and other magazines as an expert for empty nesters.
