Jane Butel's Southwestern Cooking School Launches 'Cooking with Jane'
New Cooking Club on the Internet for Southwestern and Mexican Cooking

A new Cooking Club, Jane Butel's "Cooking with Jane" is now open for free previews until January 1, 2009, on the internet at www. janebutel. com. Each month, the club features a minimum of six different stories with videos, tested recipes and photos on Southwestern and Mexican cooking.
In the premiere issue, Jane writes about "Simple, Spicy One-Dish Dinners", "Yummy and Special Quick Soups", "Super Chili Bowl Party" and "Resolve to Eat More Chilis".
Two additional monthly features will be "Bold Foods with Bold Wines" by Jim Hammond, a wine critic and author of the Wines of Enchantment and "Off the Plate" , by various feature writers about serving, decorating, weaving and pottery.
The topics will change monthly and will include healthy cooking, quick and easy cooking, budget stretching recipes, menus for a range of meals, Southwestern and Mexican cooking, parties, snacks, and desserts as well as seasonal features. There will be view on demand videos, downloadable recipes, specials on spices, products and classes. Charter members who sign up now will receive a 10% discount on all the products and after 6 months membership, a 10% discount on all live and on-line classes is available.
