– Optical Image Technology, Inc. (OIT) proudly announces the addition of the DocFinity® Form Processor to its award-winning suite of electronic content and document management software solutions. The DocFinity Form Processor, which joins OIT’s product line through a partnership with SER Solutions, Inc., will integrate seamlessly with the DocFinity Suite to provide users with intelligent data capture.
When combined with the DocFinity Core, the DocFinity Form Processor will accurately extract business critical information from virtually any document type, regardless of form. SER’s intelligent data capture product, SERdistiller™, is the foundation of DocFinity Form Processor. By utilizing SERdistiller’s classification and extraction capabilities, DocFinity Form Processor accurately classifies structured and unstructured content, eliminating the need for costly custom coding and template design. Extracted information is then automatically transmitted to the DocFinity Object Importer for database storage and retrieval, as well as for updating other databases or applications simultaneously.
